DISCLAIMER: I am on a 10-day trip without my laptop, so I wrote the first four previews a few days before the start of the season and am just filling in a few things as the season progresses. Also, for the second half of October my laptop was broken, hence why I have been missing from some of the football coverage and haven’t been publishing articles. You can expect normal Anchoring Down (Anchor Downing?) from me soon.
Last year, UT-Martin finished the season 13-17, with one of those wins coming over us, 66-54. Their season was rather erratic, with a few relatively big wins and a few puzzling losses. This year, I think the team will take a step back just on account of age and experience: only one player has played more than one season at UT-Martin, but supposedly the rookies and sophomores are all promising prospects to help the Skyhawks along to a strong OVC outing. I guess we’ll have to wait and see, but I think, if our team is still healthy when we take the court (a MASSIVE “if”) then we should be able to get our revenge.
