Yesterday, we learned that Vanderbilt’s second game of the season — a September 11 contest at Colorado State — would kick off at 9 PM CT and be televised on the CBS Sports Network.

Today, we found out two more as the SEC released game times and television network assignments for the first three weeks of the season. Vanderbilt will open the season against East Tennessee State on September 4; that game will kick off at 7:00 PM CT and will be televised on the SEC Network+ and ESPN+. (The latter, apparently, is a feature of the SEC’s new contract with ESPN. They know how to get you to subscribe to ESPN+, I guess.)

A week after the Colorado State game, Vanderbilt hosts Stanford on September 18, and that game will also be a 7 PM kickoff at Vanderbilt Stadium. The Stanford game will be televised on ESPNU.

Also today, Vanderbilt announced that they plan on having full capacity at Vanderbilt Stadium, and I won’t make the obvious joke but I expect someone to in the comments.
