SEC Tournament Standings Update
On yesterday’s series preview, I gave a quick breakdown of what would need to happen for us to get the #1 seed in the East and #1 seed in the SEC overall. Let’s see where we stand after last night’s action:
To Get the #1 Overall Seed
Option 1: Vanderbilt sweeps Kentucky to go 20-9. Arky would need to either go 1-2 in the series against The Jorts, or get swept. THOSE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED need to lose at least one to The South Cackalacky Game Penises. [This is still possible, as we won, Arky won, and THOSE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED won.]
To get the #1 Seed in The East
Option 1: Vanderbilt sweeps Kentucky to go 20-9. THOSE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED need to lose at least one to The South Cackalacky Game Penises. It doesn’t matter what The Jorts do. [This is still possible, as we won, Arky won, and THOSE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED won.]
Option 2: Vanderbilt wins the series 2-1 over Kentucky to go 19-10, Arky would need to get at least 1 win over The Jorts, and THOSE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED need to lose the series to The South Cackalacky Game Penises. [This is still possible, as we won, Arky won, and THOSE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED won.]
Option 3: Vanderbilt loses the series 1-2 to Kentucky to go 18-11, Arky would need to sweep The Jorts, and THOSE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED need to be swept by The South Cackalacky Game Penises. [This is no longer possible.]
