Oh, so we’re not done with the transfer portal.
Vanderbilt C Akeem Odusipe (FR) has entered the transfer portal. https://t.co/bZCg7HxGH2

Akeem Odusipe played a single season at Vanderbilt, appeared in 11 games and played a total of 46 minutes, and that’s apparently going to be it for his Commodore career, a career that ends with more personal fouls (10) than points (6.) That statistic should probably give you an idea of how far away from being a real contributor he was, and playing time wasn’t likely to be available in abundance next season, either, with Quentin Millora-Brown returning and Minnesota transfer Liam Robbins entering.
So that’s now seven players departing from last year’s basketball team, eight if you count Scotty Pippen Jr., who’s entered his name in the NBA Draft and hasn’t withdrawn to this date. But Odusipe’s departure does free up an additional scholarship in case Jerry Stackhouse wants to add another player to next year’s team, probably from the transfer portal.
