2021 Record: 7-38 (6-15 Atlantic Sun). They have only won two series all season—both against The David Lipscomb University Improperly Pluralized Bisons. In fact, they only have two wins this year against teams who are not Lipscomb. We, in case you have forgotten, are not Lipscomb. As long as we don’t play down to our competition, this should be an excellent game to get some young guys and guys returning from injury some ABs.
North Alabama baseball is not very good.
Let’s leave it at that.
Player to Watch: The North Alabama Lions do not have even one player batting over .300. Not even a bench guy who’s only gotten a few ABs. No one. They do have three starters batting below the Mendoza line, though. In short, the answer to this part is “no one.” Still, of their hitters, I suppose it would be wise to keep an eye out for #7 Jr. 3B Reid “Man Ho” Homan (.273/.327/.329 with 12-15 stolen bases). I’m not really worried about people swiping bags off Chi Chi, but trust me, no one else has even one stat which pops.
