2021 Record: 4-7. You certainly can’t accuse Belmont of scheduling cupcakes, as after tonight’s game, they will have played 4 OOC games against top 5 teams. The big boy on their schedule thus far was a three game set against Ole Miss in which they were bludgeoned in Game 1 (12-4), but fought hard and kept things razor close in Games 2 and 3 (losing 4-3 and 8-7 respectively). They also split a double header against Creighton. As such, it would be a bad idea to take them lightly.

Player to Watch: #28 Jr. 3B Logan “Carousel” Jarvis (.424/.543/.818 with 2 2B, 1 3B, 3 HR, and 12 RBI). Logan is the son of Belmont Head Coach Dave “Cookie” Jarvis.
