Optional Musical Accompaniment
So, the Vanderbilt men’s and women’s basketball teams are both still looking for their first SEC win of the season. The men’s team went to Knoxville and lost 81-61 to Tennessee on Saturday; today, the women travel to Kentucky to take on the 12th-ranked Wildcats. That game will be televised on the SEC Network at 3 PM CT.
In even worse news, Tyrin Lawrence is out for the season with a torn ACL. Lawrence was the highest-rated player in Vanderbilt’s freshman class.
Women’s bowling went 5-0 yesterday in the second day of the Lady Techsters Invite in Savannah, Tennessee. Today, the final day, is being streamed on the squad’s YouTube channel. Remember, Bowl at your Own Risk.
Women’s tennis hosts Western Kentucky today at 1 PM CT in its spring season opener. You can watch the match here.
