Concerning Article by Former XC/Track Athlete

Alston for Athletes, a platform dedicated to supporting student-athletes with athletic, academic, and mental health resources, recently published an article written by Kacie Breeding. Kacie is a recent graduate and former student-athlete for the Vanderbilt cross country and track teams, and in this article she details the difficult mental health issues she faced while a member of the team, exacerbated by the coaching staff.
