One day from their first game of the 2020 season, the Chicago White Sox have set their Opening Day Roster. One prominent former Diamond Dore was not on it.

This was first reported by MLB Trade Rumors, but a major news outlet—The Chicago Sun Times—has confirmed the news:
The White Sox set their Opening Day roster Thursday, which included 16 pitchers as manager Rick Renteria hinted at this week. Among the choices are right-handers Jimmy Lambert and Codi Heuer and left-hander Ross Detwiler.
Carson Fulmer, a 2015 first-round draft choice, is not among the group. The right-hander was designated for assignment.
Any team in need of a right handed power arm in their bullpen—cough, cough, the Phillies—can now claim him on waivers.
