2021 Baltimore (MD) St. Frances Academy OL Delfin Castillo Commits to Vanderbilt

Castillo has SEC-ready size.

All right, you want some good news? Here’s some good news.

Delfin Xavier Castillo, a 6’5”, 340-pound offensive line prospect from St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland, announced his commitment to Vanderbilt via Twitter on Saturday. Rivals ranks him as the #47 offensive tackle prospect in the class, while the 247 Sports composite has him as the #39 offensive guard prospect in 2021. Per his Rivals page, he chose Vanderbilt over offers from Michigan State, Pitt, Rutgers, Syracuse, and Virginia Tech; his 247 Sports page also lists an offer from Alabama.

At 6’5” and 340 pounds, Castillo already has the size to play in the SEC. Here, watch him destroy some dudes on film:
