Zombie Game Thread: Northern Illinois at Vanderbilt

The SEC Network is re-airing Vanderbilt’s game against Northern Illinois, which originally aired on September 28 of last year. We are providing a game thread for the same reason that we created AoG Theatre 3000: because we’re fucking bored and have nothing better to do than this.

Anyway, if you were curious, here was the actual game thread for this game. Vanderbilt came into this game 0-3, but since two of the losses were to Georgia and LSU (and the third was to a Purdue team that we thought was at least decent), we were still trying to talk ourselves into the team not being terrible going into the Northern Illinois game.

What I can’t decide is whether this game thread will be more interesting if we’re (a) pretending that we don’t know how this will go or (b) watching the game fully aware of how the game will go.
