Copiah-Lincoln CC QB Danny Clark signs with Vanderbilt

That’s four new quarterbacks in the 2020 recruiting class.

After the mass exodus of quarterbacks out of the Vanderbilt football program this offseason, Derek Mason signed three quarterbacks in the early signing period in December.

On Wednesday, Vanderbilt added a fourth.

Danny Clark spent the 2019 season as the signal-caller at Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Mississippi, where he threw for 2166 yards and 18 touchdowns to just 5 interceptions. Originally from Archbishop Hoban High School in Columbus, Ohio, Clark signed with Kentucky out of high school and spent two years with the Wildcats before transferring to Copiah-Lincoln.

So: Vanderbilt now has four quarterbacks going into 2020 and all four are new to the program. Anchor Down.
