Yesterday’s masterful pitching performance allowed Vanderbilt to even its record at 2-2, and today the Commodores go for the sweep of the two-game midweek series with South Alabama.
Ethan Smith will reportedly get the start for Vanderbilt today. The sophomore righthander from Mount Juliet is making his first start after 17 relief appearances last season. Let’s see how this goes.
No rain in the forecast today so this should get going at 4:30 on the SEC Network.
Your starting lineup for Game 5.

Don’t look now, but Corbin has officially tried THE OUTFIELD OF DEATH (tm). Parker Noland gets the nod at 3rd, A-Mart shifts to CF, and Justyn-Henry Malloy gets a shot to fix the defensive woes at first base (and finally get a hit, con sarn it).
See you in the comments.
