Vanderbilt introduced new head football coach Clark Lea at a press conference on Sunday, and here’s what you need to know: he said that football should be fun, and he wants to celebrate the wins with us. He’s almost there. We also learned that he started his career as a graduate assistant under Karl Dorrell at UCLA.

In seriousness, he listed Don Meyer and Tim Corbin as influences.

We’ll see once the games start (September 4, ETSU) but let’s just say that Clark Lea didn’t lose anyone with his introductory press conference, which was... not true of the last guy.
