Today marks 55 days until Vanderbilt’s season opener against the Georgia Bulldogs. #55 for Vanderbilt is Daevion Davis. The 6’2”, 300-pound freshman from Madison, Alabama, is one of the most college-ready defensive tackle prospects Vanderbilt has gotten in some time, and figures to play early and often.

Today: A solid world soccer tripleheader, unless you’re the kind of person who wants to be mad about the women’s World Cup final (10:00 AM CT, FOX) having to share a date with the Copa America final (3:00 PM CT, Telemundo/ESPN+) and the Gold Cup final (8:00 PM CT, FS1.)
