2020 Weatherford (TX) QB Ken Seals Commits to Vanderbilt

The Commodores already have their quarterback in the 2020 class.

Vanderbilt has its quarterback in the 2020 recruiting class.

Ken Seals is the second player to commit to Vanderbilt in the 2020 class, behind offensive lineman Bradley Ashmore, who committed in November. Seals is a 6’3”, 191-pound quarterback prospect from Weatherford, Texas. As a junior last season, Seals threw for 2654 yards with a 54 percent completion rate, with 20 passing touchdowns to 9 interceptions; he also ran for 218 yards and 5 rushing touchdowns.

On film, Seals shows a good arm and the ability to throw the ball into tight windows. (If you’re wondering about his 54 percent completion rate, well, also check out how often there are defenders in the backfield and how little separation his receivers get.)

All right, now back to your scheduled programming of waiting for a new basketball coach. Anchor Down.
