Logan Kyle, a 6’3”, 198-pound wide receiver from Tomball Memorial High School in Texas, announced his commitment to Vanderbilt via Twitter on Friday. The 247 Sports composite ranks him as the #164 wide receiver prospect in the class and the #145 prospect in Texas. He also held offers from Boston College, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Iowa State, Kansas, Rutgers, Syracuse, and Utah.
Kyle ran a 4.53 40-yard dash and a 4.21 shuttle run at the Opening earlier this year, and also had a 32.5-inch vertical leap. As a junior, he was named first team All-District, catching 43 passes for 1031 yards and 12 touchdowns.
