The ‘Dores are #7 in a crowded field with the likes of Duke, UCLA, and Arkansas all ranked ahead of them. However, they have the best scoring average in the field with 71.59.
They have won their previous two tournaments and are going for a third. They have been led by standout freshman Auston Kim who won back-to-back SEC Freshman of the Week honors this Spring.
Abbey Carlson has also provided great play for the team. Carlson has recently been selected to the Arnold Palmer Cup, a version of the Ryder Cup for college golfers.
The Commodores tee off at 9:20AM (EST) with Courtney Zeng leading the way. Then Louise Yu, Morgan Baxendale, Carlson, and Kim following each consecutive tee time. Vandy is paired with North Carolina and Georgia.
