Vanderbilt redshirt junior forward Matt Ryan will transfer from the program, as first reported by Jeff Goodman on Twitter.

Ryan sat out the 2017-18 season after transferring from Notre Dame and averaged 8.1 ppg and 2.7 rpg in his lone season for the Commodores. Expected to be a shooter, he shot 32.8 percent from three on the season and 30.7 percent in SEC play. He will have one season of eligibility remaining.
