It’s probably a little extreme to say that a game in early January is a must-win, but it sure feels that way.

Vanderbilt’s loss to Ole Miss to open SEC play leaves the Commodores at 0-1 in conference, with the following schedule coming up after tonight: at Kentucky, South Carolina, Mississippi State, Tennessee, at Oklahoma, Kentucky, at Missouri, at Arkansas. That’s an eight-game stretch in which Vanderbilt might be favored in one game. It’s easy to see how this could spin out of control.

Georgia lost at Tennessee by a score of 96-50 on Saturday. This is a winnable game. Let’s get it done. Anchor Down.
