Good morning.

Vanderbilt University Chancellor Nick Zeppos spoke yesterday, we think. After about a month of ducking Adam Sparks, Zeppos wrote a column on the VU website talking about Vanderbilt athletics — and even better, there’s a survey! We would suggest that you tell Dr. Zeppos that you think the number one priority for Vanderbilt’s athletics program is “keeping hets dry.”

The soccer team is back at home looking to extend its eight-game winning streak as the Commodores face Alabama (6-3-1, 0-1) at 7:00 PM CT on the SEC Network+.

Game times and television network assignments have been released for all of the basketball team’s SEC games as well as a couple of nonconference games. The surprising part: even with two possible lottery picks on the roster, Vanderbilt won’t be playing a game on CBS, and 11 of 18 conference games will be on the SEC Network.
