Good morning.
We’ll start with a bit of housekeeping: the Statistical will be coming later today. Real life intervened after the game last night (and this morning.)
Vanderbilt soccer, which hasn’t lost since its season opener against Florida State, opens SEC play today at 2 PM CT with a match against a 2-5-1 Florida team, whose season has gone in the opposite direction; the Gators won their first two games of the season but have gone 0-5-1 since. The Commodores will look to extend their winning streak to eight. Today’s game will be televised on ESPNU.
Men’s tennis went 6-3 in singles play yesterday in the second day of the Commodore Scramble, which wraps up today.
Women’s cross country finished 3rd in the Commodore Classic yesterday, while the men finished 10th.
Consider this your open thread for the day. We’ll have more thoughts on the Notre Dame game (and on Saturday’s South Carolina game) coming up.
