Men’s Basketball has released their non-conference schedule for the 2018-2019 season. There are 13 games in total, nine of them home, and four away or at a neutral site.

November shapes up nicely, like most early season non-conference games, as they are home games against over-matched foes like Winthrop, Alcorn State, Liberty, Kent State, and Savannah State. The only Power Five school Vanderbilt plays before December is an away game at USC.

The only Power Five school hosted by the Commodores is Arizona State on December 17. Middle Tennessee State will come up the road to Memorial Gym on December 5.

There is a neutral site game in Miami for the HoopHall Classic against NC State. The ‘Dores will go to Kansas City to play Kansas State on December 22. The end of the non-conference schedule is January 26 in Norman against Oklahoma, part of the SEC/Big12 Challenge.

This is a favorable non-conference schedule with a smattering of challenges from early November to late January when Conference play ramps up.
