Brandt Snedker shot 59 today at the Wyndam Championship in Greensboro, NC.

Snedeker shot 32-27. Starting on the back nine, he bogeyed his first hole, #10. He then made two pars, four birdies in a row, and finished his first nine with two pars. The fireworks started on his second nine.

He made six birdies and an eagle. Of his six birdies, five were inside of five feet. His last birdie, he rolled in a 20 foot putt from off the fringe.

On the 6th hole, Sneds dunked his second shot from the fairy for an eagle. He had 176 yards left to the hole on the he 423 yard par-4.

What does the statistical breakdown of a 59 look like? His average driving distance today was 315 yards, hitting fairways in regulation 64% of the time, gaining over. He hit 83% of his greens, gaining over six strokes against the field (!!). On top of that, he averaged 2.26 strokes gained putting against the field. He was absolutely dialed in.

Snedeker currently leads the field by five strokes.

He will tee of tomorrow on #1 at 12:40 EST with Billy Horschel and Hideki Matsuyama.
