Good morning.
Today’s Anchor Drop will be abbreviated. The women’s bowling team lost to Sam Houston State yesterday, forcing an elimination match which started at 9 AM CT. If Vanderbilt wins, they will advance to play McKendree for the national title this afternoon.
Baseball lost 11-3 to Ole Miss on Friday night. They will supposedly play at 2 PM CT on the SEC Network+, though the weather may have something to say about that.
Men’s golf finished two rounds on Friday at the Mason Rudolph Invitational in third place, two shots behind Liberty. Play will resume at 11 AM CT today if the weather cooperates.
Men’s tennis lost 4-1 at Georgia on Friday, dropping their SEC record to 6-5.
Women’s lacrosse hosts Georgetown at 1 PM CT; the Commodores will hold Senior Day ceremonies prior to the game.
Women’s tennis enters Saturday tied for Florida for first place in the SEC; conveniently, the two teams play at 11 AM CT. The winner will take home the SEC title.
This is your open thread for the day. I am working but go ahead and talk about all the titles we’re winning. Anchor Down.
