Nearly a month after National Signing Day, Vanderbilt picked up one of the top remaining unsigned prospects in the Class of 2018.

Salua Masina, a 6’3”, 205-pound linebacker from Brighton High School in Salt Lake City, signed his National Letter of Intent with Vanderbilt on Saturday, putting a nice finishing touch on the Commodores’ 2018 signing class.

Masina was rated as a three-star prospect in the 247 Sports composite, the #25 outside linebacker prospect in the class and the #7 prospect in the state of Utah. 247’s own in-house rankings consider him a four-star recruit. Rivals has him as a three-star prospect and the #38 outside linebacker in the class. Masina had offers from basically all of the Pac-12 as well as Tennessee.
