Vanderbilt concludes spring practice today with the Spring Showcase, to be held at Vanderbilt Stadium. The event is open to the public, and the showcase begins at 3:00 PM CT. The SEC Network will cut in at 4:00 PM for the scrimmage portion of the event. You can also catch that on WatchESPN.
As a bonus, after the game, fans can make their way over to Hawkins Field for the baseball game against LSU, which begins at 7:30 PM CT on ESPNU and WatchESPN.
Oh, what the hell: if you want to talk about tonight’s Elite Eight games -- Loyola-Chicago vs. Kansas State (the slayers, respectively, of Tennessee and Kentucky) in the early game, followed by Florida State vs. Michigan in what sounds like one of the non-playoff New Year’s Six bowl games -- I’m not really going to stop you.
And yes, I know that this is just going to turn into a thread for the Division II national championship game between Ferris State and Northern State, the latter out of Aberdeen, South Dakota. They are the Jackrabbits Lite. That’s at 2:00 PM CT.
