This is going to be a relatively easy week for the baseball team.

Vanderbilt took two of three over the weekend in the season-opening series with the Duke Blue Devils. Today, the Commodores go back out to Hawkins Field to start a two-game midweek series against the Presbyterian Blue Hose.

The Blue Hose (yep, that’s their actual nickname) went 32-29 last year, which was their first winning season since joining Division I. They split their opening weekend series against La Salle and are currently 2-2 on the season.

Today’s game will start at 4:00 PM CT and will be broadcast on the SEC Network+ and the WatchESPN app. Junior righthander Maddux Conger will get the midweek start for the Commodores.
