Derek Mason’s recruiting classes have been notorious for starting slowly, but he got the 2020 class started just after Thanksgiving with a commitment from Bradley Ashmore, a 6’6”, 280-pound offensive tackle from Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach, Florida.

Ashmore, rated as a three-star recruit by Rivals, and currently unrated by 247 Sports, held offers from Appalachian State, Central Michigan, Louisville, Rutgers, and Virginia. He didn’t hold an offer from Vanderbilt before Saturday, but he got one after visiting campus for the Ole Miss game last week and apparently committed shortly thereafter if his Twitter timeline is any indication.
If that offer list isn’t impressive... here, just watch him destroy some high school defensive linemen on tape and like it.
