Vanderbilt's official radio silence is over. The Commodores will announce they've hired Valparaiso head coach Bryce Drew to take the same role in Nashville at a 3:30 p.m. (CST) press conference on Wednesday.

Here's the official live stream, courtesy of VUCommodores.com.

Drew spent five years with the Crusaders, leading Valpo to a 124-49 record, two NCAA Tournament appearances, two NIT appearances, and four regular season Horizon League titles. He'll take over for 17-year Vanderbilt veteran Kevin Stallings, who left the program to take the head coaching job at Pittsburgh.

So what do we know about Vanderbilt's first new basketball coach since 1999?

We'll learn more about Coach Drew, how Vanderbilt lured him from his hometown to Nashville, and how the Commodores plan to utilize his talents when today's press conference. Join us in the comments to discuss Drew's Memorial Gym debut.
