The Southeastern Conference announced the coaches’ picks for the All-SEC teams on Tuesday, and three Vanderbilt Commodores were honored by the SEC’s coaches.
For the second year in a row, linebacker Zach Cunningham was named to the All-SEC first team. Cunningham led the Commodores’ defense with 119 total tackles, including 16.5 tackles for loss, and he also forced 2 fumbles and recovered 4 fumbles to go along with three pass breakups. Oh, and he also did this:
Also, junior running back Ralph Webb and senior offensive tackle Will Holden were selected to the All-SEC second team. Webb rushed for 1172 yards and 12 touchdowns, and he also had 19 receptions for 153 yards. Holden had a lot to do with Webb’s success, as he started all 12 games at left tackle for the Commodores and was named SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week after the Ole Miss game.
