Derek Mason: "Going to Play Anywhere From 78...to 80 Guys" at Home in 2015
Don't plan on seeing many redshirts on the Vanderbilt sideline this fall. As Coaching Search's Chris Vannini points out, the Commodores could be using up to 80 players at home games this fall. That's...a lot. Mason's logic is that these rested players will be the key to driving opponents into deep water. While Vanderbilt will certainly be the fresher team on the field, Mason has to think very highly of his depth if he's going to roll 80 deep on Saturdays this season.
