Vanderbilt Baseball Twitter Account Announces Game Will Restart at 2pm Today

First, the good news: Unless Coach Vanderhook is a monster, we will not be facing any more of Thomas Eshelman's Greg Maddux impersonation.

Now, the bad news (unless you weren't going to be able to catch it at 11am):

We will resume our game with Fullerton at 2 p.m. on ESPN2 later today.

I'm hearing that even that 2pm time (I'm assuming they mean Central time, as it is the VU twitter account, but nothing has been updated on ESPN or other outlets, so I can't tell you for sure) is an optimistic one, as rain bands are expected to be in the area until 4pm.  I will update when I know more, but as of now, this is all I know.  No word on who will make it to the mound for either team.  The game will resume in the bottom of the 6th, 2 out, Wiseman on 3rd, Wiel at the plate, full count.
