The 2014 College World Series Finals started off with a bang on Monday, delivering an all-time classic when Vanderbilt held off a furious Virginia rally to win game one 9-8. Now, the Commodores will have the chance to bring home a national championship with a victory tonight. Virginia, however, will be playing with urgency and trying to cope with the fact that one inning effectively doomed them in game one.

A win tonight validates everything Vanderbilt head coach Tim Corbin has done since coming to Nashville in 2003. A loss means these two teams will do it again in a winner-takes-all rubber match on Wednesday. Follow along with every ulcer-inducing moment in the comments below.
