College Football Viewing Guide: Week Eight

Three top 25 matchups will make up for the fact that Vanderbilt doesn't play this weekend. The Big 12 is especially loaded, with Oklahoma/Kansas State and Oklahoma State/TCU both going down on Saturday. Find out where you can watch them here.

Vanderbilt doesn't play this week, but somehow the rest of the college football world will go on without them. Thursday kicked off week eight with an overtime thriller in Corvallis and a Pittsburgh victory that proved that the ACC is one, maybe two teams deep in 2014.

Friday and Saturday will bring even better football. A pair of recent Vandy opponents will kick off the weekend as Temple attempts to keep their Hets wet against Houston later this evening. The next day brings top 25 tilts like #21 Texas A&M at #7 Alabama, #14 Kansas State at #11 Oklahoma, and #15 Oklahoma State at #12 TCU.

Best Game: Virginia at Duke. Two nerd schools with resurgent football programs battle for the soul of the ACC, long vacated by both Miami and Florida State.

Worst Game: Eastern Michigan at UMass. Somehow, the Minutemen are a two-touchdown underdog at home to a team that has been one of Division I's worst over the past decade. Poor UMass.
