"I haven't slept well lately just from pure excitement," Caldwell said. "I've been running on about four or five hours of sleep. The adrenalin is going. I'm just so thankful to Vanderbilt for giving me an opportunity to do this. I want to repay the school in some form or fashion … like get us some 'W's.' "

Stacy suffered a hip stinger and had the wind knocked out of him late in the third quarter, though he returned later. That gave some additional snaps to backs Wesley Tate and Kennard Reeves, who were much more involved this week.
"I saw him starting to roll out and kind of looking at that stop," said Foster, who ran in front of a falling Markeith Summers, the intended receiver. "I didn't really think he would throw it, but I broke on it anyway, which I might get in trouble for later. But I broke on it and got there just in time."
