SEC Dance Tracker

This is just for fun ... based on the other data I'm tracking, I made a composite ranking (1/2 RPI, 1/6 Pomeroy, 1/6 Sagarin, 1/6 BBState) and graphed it over the past month and a half.  I'm putting the NCAA bubble line at 50.  Mississippi State is the closest to crashing the party, with Florida the most tenuous of the teams on the inside.

Let me know what you think!

Hopefully, the SEC will get that fifth team

Last year only getting an 8 and 13 seed the SEC was pretty much doomed in the tourney. Hopefully with more teams and better seeds the conference can win back some respect this year.

Unfortunately, getting five in might – not necessarily, but it might – require a Vandy loss to Florida tomorrow night.

With Apologies To Randy Edsall, The Big East Remains Mostly Harmless

FILE -- This is an Oct. 18, 2008 file photo showing Connecticut corner back Jasper Howard (6) trying to get the crowd into the game during the fourth quarter of an NCAA college football game against Rutgers, in Piscataway, N.J. Jasper Howard had his little sisters' names tatooed on his chest. His friends say it was a constant reminder of why he was at U Conn _ to provide his family with a better life than the one he had in Miami's Little Haiti. (AP Photo/Mel Evans, File) link
