'Tis the season! Memorial Magic Returns!
Vanderbilt vs. Alabama-Huntsville in an exhibition game tonight at 7pm. AOG's open gamethread will open around 6pm tonight. Come share your thoughts. No word on if the game will be streamed on All-Access, though that does not look likely at this point.

Ditto.
It is one of my biggest regrets…even the fact that I was building a Habitat house doesn’t make me feel any better about missing that one.
CLOWNS!
Your absence let the ticket office flood the student section with MSU fans. And that went amazingly poorly for 35 minutes of game time.
But then it turned out ok.
To this day, still the best student section seats I’ve ever gotten, and I showed up maybe 10 minutes before the tip. What a game.

Basically no way for me to watch this game in any way...
I’ll be relying on you KJ. Let me know how Taylor looks as he bulks up to Tony Gonzalez size. And keep a running tally of how many hook shots Festus whips at the rim/into the stands.

Three Things
1) I think you will be surprised with Festus’ offensive improvement. He is going to look like a different guy on that end. So excited.
2) Jeff may not play tonight due to a sprained ankle. I think this was mentioned in a NCP article in the “Links” I’m about to post.
3) Lance is supposedly challenging Andre Walker’s hold on the starting 4. We may see a LG breakout year this season, with the opening ceremony tonight (in JT’s spot if he doesn’t go).
I've been predicting a Lance breakout season...
But not at the 4, unless his rebounding has improved IMMENSELY. I’d rather have him as a 6th man playing the hybrid than in front of guys who are solid on the block like Walker/Stevie (esp. Stevie). Hopefully he surprises, since he’s got the size to play there, but if he starts I can picture a lot of second chance points for opposing PFs.

JT report
If he’s suffering from an ankle injury, it isn’t apparent. Multiple dunks in warm ups. Of course, he could just be that badass.
