Interesting pickup
Rivals doesn’t have him rated, but they’ve got him a little bigger (205) and have him down at a 4.38 40 time. Adding that kind of speed next to Marve would be a nice get, but if no one has taken notice of this kid (they also say his only offers are from So. Miss and UAB) there has to be some other issue with him besides size.

You can fill an All Pro team with players that Alabama and Auburn have missed or passed on in the state of Alabama in recent years i.e Phillip Rivers, Demarcus Ware (Auburn High) Terrell Owens (Alexander City). I can go on if you like. The coaches did a great job on this one.Train Island let’s keep our fingers crossed until Feb. 3rd and not worry about preceived issues what do you say?

Vandy always seems to have an NFL-caliber LB. Here’s to Chase Garnham being the next Marve, Goff, Hillenmeyer, Winborn, Osemwegie, etc.
