The Sports Animal's Heather Harrington is confirming with Knoxville Police Department sources (via Twitter) that Tyler Smith, Cameron Tatum, Brian Williams, and Melvin Goins have been arrested for weapons charges and marijuana possession. The Knoxville News-Sentinel is reporting the arrest took place after a traffic stop.

Seeing Tyler Smith go...
wouldn’t be too tearful for me. I never believed the hype behind him, but he’s still a solid player that’s capable of dominating any PF we throw at him (Walker being the best option). If he gets dismissed, that saves Festus’s 5 fouls for someone else on the Vols.
