This can only be a sign that Vanderbilt's administration is finally committed to doing what it takes to win in the Southeastern Conference---CHEAT! (Admittedly, they have a long way to go to catch up...)
Did anyone actually think Vanderbilt would be all over the JUCO recruiting dead period dates?

Is Jermaine Neal actually number “-” or is he “0” or “00”?
Jermaine is #0.
For some reason the formatting of that “widget” is converting 0’s to -’s.
